Open Travel Software assigns a designated expert developer to provide any necessary training for users and administrators.  The Open Travel Software team provides ongoing support and assists the customer in developing or enhancing in house support staff. 

Our goal is to transition support to in-house resources as quickly and smoothly as possible.
