Windows Solution
Starting in April 2007, we have delivered over 1500 downloads of the Linux-based Car Rental Management System. Since then, you have told us that you wanted the system to easily and quickly run in the Windows environment.
We listened. Open Travel Software provides you with a complete, powerful, flexible, and easy to use complete vehicle rental management solution - cars, trucks, any type of vehicle. We help you manage and grow your rental operations.
Open Travel Software’s Car Rental Management System features all standard features such as a planner, fleet management, fleet maintenance, invoice/rental agreements, and sales reports. It can calculate hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and mileage rates, to include seasonality. The multi-month planner allows you to view all rental activities for a month long period on a single screen. The maintenance feature allows to automatically program all of your fleet maintenance needs. The application comes in 14 different languages.
The system may be run both locally and over a network connection. Installation and customisation can be completed in minutes. There are no limitations to the number of users, the fleet size, invoices, or maintenance categories.
The application has a one-time cost of 49.99 USD. This cost includes all standard documentation and access to Open Travel Software’s on-line reservation system.
Upon approval of the purchase, you will need to register with Open Travel Software. After registration we will send you an email to the address provided which will include the download URL. The download will include an extract file, and a user guide. The user guide is currently only available in English.

The application runs in either the Windows or Linux environments. It includes integrated access to our on-line reservation systems.

LINUX Freeware Solution
Open Travel Software provides a LINUX freeware solution. It allows you get to your business up and running, and provides path to grow. The freeware application has many of the same functions as the supported version, providing you the ability to run your agency. There are functionality limits.
